Kit orders, paid first
The season's kit list with prices, sizes and suppliers. Each player orders on their own kit link and pays first on the club's own Stripe account, then the committee builds the supplier order by item and size, records part deliveries, marks each player's kit issued, keeps playing numbers with the player and lends spares to fill-ins.
