Selection meetings and new player welcomes
Each round's selection meeting per grade, with the panel by role, a side proposed from last round and availability, confidential notes, and a players told checklist that holds the team sheet until everyone moved in or out has heard it from their coach or captain. New players get the club's welcome pack once — contacts, training, dress code, policies, fees and kit — and a supporters' group has its tiers, functions and a thank-you on the website.

- Players told list that holds the team sheet post
- Welcome pack written once, sent or drafted once per new player
